Podiumsdiskussion: (Feminist) identity politics today – potentials and dilemmas

Decades after the debates on the subject in feminism, identity politics remain a burning and controversial issue in academia and social movements. This roundtable brings together researchers and grassroot activists to discuss the role of (feminist) identity politics today: What are the potentials, dilemmas and tensions of (feminist) identity politics? What perspectives can be identified and how might some prove controversial? How to build coalitions between struggles around gender, race, sexuality and class?
